Badrutt's Palace has been the address in St. Moritz since 1896 — the hotel that invented the idea of a winter holiday. Ski directly to Corviglia from the door, return to rooms where the lake and the mountains fill every window, and dine in restaurants that change seasonally because the owners care about both the cooking and the ingredients. The King's Club, opened in the 1970s, remains one of the best nightspots in Europe and one of the few where black tie is not ironic.
